COKER SOCIETY
What Is The Coker Society?
The Coker Society is a circle of loyal alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends who share a deep commitment to the mission of Coker University. These philanthropic leaders transform lives of students through personal involvement and financial support. They understand the power of a Coker education, believe in lifelong learning, and are committed to continuing the story first begun by Major James Lide Coker.
Membership in the Coker Society is extended to donors who contribute gifts of $1,000 or more each fiscal year. Permanent membership is given to those individuals whose lifetime giving exceeds $100,000.
Invitations to special events keep Society members connected and apprised of news and developments at Coker. However, the greatest benefit for Coker Society members is the knowledge and satisfaction that they are directly empowering a community of learners and leaders at Coker University.
Become a charter member of the Coker Society by making a member-level gift. For more information on joining the Coker Society, please call Peggy Smith in the Office of Advancement at (843) 383-8014.
